Boxing Day 2011 biggest ever day for online retail

According to a recent report by Experian#, Boxing Day was the biggest ever day for online retail, with UK customers spending 13 million hours online shopping.

There were 96 million visits to online retailers by UK customers, which is a 19.5% increase on 2010.
